Universal Flag Holder with 6x8" Handicap Flag

Our Universal Flag Holder for carts allows you to attach a flag to virtually any cart. The ensemble comes complete with a 3’x1/2″ white pole and a 6×8″ Handicap flag. The Universal Flag Holder features a 90° rotating receptacle and a rubbered clamp that can open up to 1.5″.
